Join us for a special cheese-centric evening of 8 courses, with wine pairings, featuring the cheeses from Isigny Ste. Mere. Situated in the heart of Normandy, Isigny Ste. Mere is a cooperative-run company founded in 1932 that consists of 600 farmers. They pride themselves on raising Normandy cows, which produce milk this is higher in protein and creamer than most other milks, in a unique terrain that produces outstanding dairy products.
Rachel Freier, chef extraordinaire, will be bringing cheese into the spotlight for each course as she turns our conception of how to cook with cheese upside down. Her inventive and thoughtful dishes are something of true inspiration and decadence.
